At Shopvila, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, weβre here to make it right.
Returns π¦
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- β Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- β Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- β We do not accept returns on personal care items, undergarments, or products marked as βFinal Saleβ
To initiate a return, please email us at:
Include the following details:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for return
- Product photos (if applicable)
Once your request is approved, weβll share the return instructions with you.
Refunds πΈ
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the refund status.
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items π
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us:
- Clear photos of the product
- Your Order ID
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.
Exchanges π
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.
